Let me just say that this skirt is a blast to wear. The second I put it on in the Express dressing room, I started grinning and felt the impulse to twirl. This skirt is naturally flared out thanks to heavy fabric (and probably a ton of starch). Although it's quite the statement piece, this skirt is versatile and will soon be the base of vastly different outfits.
On the same day I bought this skirt, I went shopping for a necklace to complement it. Although my husband, Dan, doesn't really love shopping, he is an amazing shopping partner. He actually looks when I ask his opinion and he's the one who picked out the necklace I'm wearing. What a guy. :)
